Principle and CEO

Arlene Waye is the Founder and President of Awaye Realty.

Arlene brings a wealth of Brooklyn Real Estate Property Management and sales experience to the company. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with over 25 years of sales experience in the New York Real Estate market.

Ms. Waye held the position of Vice President of Operations for a major Brooklyn developer for sixteen years, and was responsible for the operation of his Real Estate Property Management and Development Portfolio. She was employed in the capacity of Real Estate Broker, Property Manager,and Chief Financial Officer for all of his holdings.

Ms. Waye has been instrumental in the construction, management, and development of many condominium, cooperative and rental projects. She was also responsible for the development of many co-op and condo conversions, and the management of the formed cooperatives and condominiums for years to follow.

In 2003, Arlene founded Awaye Realty.

Arlene is a Developers’ Broker and has brought her expertise in fulfilling developers’ needs to the table. She works hand-in-hand with developers creating Offering Plans, Schedule B’s, and consulting on Project Finishes. Ms. Waye then sells the projects, and continues to manage them.

Awaye Realty has flourished into a hugely successful enterprise in a relatively short time. This can be largely attributed to Ms. Waye’s ambition, expertise, and devotion to client satisfaction.
